Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please note that Krudy Monkey is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs applied by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Return Policy

Changed your mind? No worries. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition with all tags attached

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@krudymonkey.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Let us know your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return

  3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions

  4. Pack your item securely and send it back using the label provided

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? The fastest way is to:

  1. Return your original item (follow the steps above)

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your new gear as quickly as possible, especially if stock is running low!

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.


🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

Received something damaged or defective? We're here to help.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@krudymonkey.com so we can make it right.

Important: If your package was damaged during shipping, please save all packaging materials and take photos before contacting us. This helps us file a claim with the carrier if needed.

Note: Krudy Monkey is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or clearance products

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Perishable goods
